Whether you are creating a product from scratch, have a design already or wish to engrave a product, please add in as much detail as you can. Including any exact text in quotations, materials (Feel free to reference our products if they are offered in your desired material), dimensions, layers, engravings, etc.

You may upload mood boards or 3rd party products as examples. But please be aware that as per our policies it is your duty to ensure that you have full permission to use any icons / images / or other copyrighted materials, that are requested for the final product.

Feel free to ask for quotes of different volumes. Or add a note if you are unsure of exact quantities.

If you accept the quoted amount, we will then produce a single Proof piece. At this stage, if the item is not quite right, we will iterate and adjust it until it is perfect!

Once the Proof has been accepted we will move onto production. At this stage we can not guarantee that you will be able to adjust the item any further.

However, in an emergency we recommend you call us on 07985 608417 and we will attempt to halt production to make your adjustments.
